Within Australia

All orders of Utopia Giftware products shipped within Australia will be sent via Australia Post at regular mail rates. It takes between 4-5 working days to Australian addresses. The freight charge is automatically calculated at the time of submitting your order.

International Orders

International orders of Utopia Giftware products will be sent via airmail using Australia Post. It normally takes 10-12 working days to most countries outside Australia. Freight charges are automatically calculated when you place your order and before you give payment details. If you would like to discuss other freight options please contact us by email or phone. Note: There may be unforeseen circumstances over which we have no control that may prevent you from receiving your order in the allocated time frame, however we will do our utmost to ensure your order is shipped safely and timely and will investigate any problems on your behalf. Import Duty

Some countries impose import duties on goods brought into that country. Please determine what duty or tax you may have to pay to your Government for the import of goods ordered from us. We are not responsible for any customs brokerage fees or import taxes.
